After owning our apartment in Supetar for 14 years, we decided to sell and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. She handled multiple viewings on our behalf, collected and organized the keys from a local friend and took care of all practical matters in an efficient way. She also arranged the necessary contact to ensure our apartment was energy certified before the sale. After the sale the agent read the electricity meter and arranged the cancellation of utilities and municipal fees which was a relief for us.
