On the same level, there is a storage room of 1.75 m2 where the washing machine, tap and storage space are located. There is a shady seating area in front.

External stone stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a two-story apartment of 47.52 m2.

On the first floor is a light and airy living area with Brac stone floor comprising of a kitchen, dining and lounge area. Double doors open onto a tiled balcony seating 4-6 people.

Open stairs lead to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and large storage cupboard. Each room is air-conditioned and fully furnished.

There is no vehicle access or parking. However it is close to all amenities, the centre, the harbour and beaches.

Sutivan is a well managed town which has been tastefully developed with an impressive boulevard leading to the harbour, a sports hall, astro turf, fitness room and outdoor area for bowls. The harbour front itself has been tastefully restored and limited vehicle access allows the harbour restaurants a quiet and peaceful setting. (include if room)

There are ambitious plans to develop the Old Town area of Bunta, and they have already installed the infrastructure to enable the removal of overhead wires and to cobble the whole area.

Sutivan has become a highly desired location on Brac and it is unusual to find a well renovated, old stone property, in Sutivan Old Town at an affordable price. The house is presented in an excellent condition and is fully furnished. There is an established rental business which typically has bookings from June – September.

It would suit as an investment property, a weekend bolthole or a permanent residence.

The main towns are the Ferry terminal of Supetar, Milna, Postira, Splitska and Bol. You don't need to travel far to find your own secluded beach.

The beach at Bol is featured on most Croatian Tourist material known as 'Zlatini Rat' or 'Golden Horn'. Real estate in Bol is particularly sought after as it has become a centre for 'activity holidays' and is packed throughout the summer - http://www.bol-croatia.com/windsurfing-sports.htm.

There is a small airport on the island for private planes. The most popular property sold on Brac are holiday apartments near the coastal villages, often recently built. A tightening of building rules means that less are now being built, so people are now looking for old Brac property to refurbish. On the island of Brac cottages are often seen along the coast and these occasionally come on the market but are keenly sought after.

Brac real estate is considered a good investment as Croatia is looking to improve her tourist industry.
