Now the best feature of the house would be the private swimming pool in the yard on the ground floor. This pool is not big, but it is made of stone and is perfectly incorporated with the overall architecture of the house, making it a nice relaxing area. There is even a glass wall at the end, making it completely transparent. The best thing is that it’s completely blocked from the public view, ensuring privacy and peace. 

Although located in an area where traffic is not allowed, this house has its own parking place not far from it. The parking space is big enough for one car and given the location of the house, it is great that it offers it so close to it. 

Most amenities are within 5-10 min walking distance, with the beach also being 10 min away, so using a car is not a necessity. 

This is a great property because it gives both the old and the new feel. It can be a nice family home, but also great rental property and not necessarily just for the summer season.

The Town of Trogir is another fantastic jewell in the crown of Croatian tourist destinations, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a small island connected by one short bridge to the main land and one short bridge to the island of Ciovo.
