I have been visiting Croatia for my holidays for 8 years, enjoying the natural landscape, hospitality and food that Croatia has to offer. In 2019 I decided to buy a property as an investment. After a stay in Trogir I decided that this was the area I wanted to search around. I found Croatia property sales through an online search and my Mum and I arranged to meet at their offices in Split.
Vlado was our representative for CPS, he arranged several property viewings in one day and drove us to the viewings giving us lots of information on each property. When I had any questions he would find out from the property owners and get back to me. He made the buying process easy, offering up advice and recommending a property lawyer in Split.
Vlado was extremely helpful throughout the process putting my mind at rest answering any questions I had having had no experience of buying a property abroad before. The day I put an offer in and it was accepted I only had a day before I flew back to the UK, he arranged a meeting with lawyer at short notice and came with me to the office to sort out the paper work. I have a lovely apartment on Ciovo Island a short drive away from Trogir and I am very happy with the service and attention that Vlado provided for Croatia property sales.

I bought an old ‘workshop’ from Croatia Property Sales in 2019. I am a builder and wanted to convert this old building into my own space, for myself and friends and family. My biggest concern was not the work but organising all the ‘permissions’ and meeting all the conditions, consents and authorisations. All these things are sometimes complicated in the UK, so I expected some difficulties. Anyway, the property was in Split and I found that the staff, especially, Andrea in the office, was able and willing to help me through the whole project, which had no delays at all. I recommend this company, and as far as I’m concerned, it is no wonder that they are one of the most successful of the many agencies in Split.
Tatjana and Niksa have been amazing at helping us find our perfect property on the island of Hvar. Although we thought we knew the island well, Tatjana and Niksa showed us places we didn't know existed!
Niksa is very knowledgeable on all property matters and local area information. They both speak great English and are very easy to get along with. They planned a really good day for us which allowed us to view about 7 houses in a few hours.
