Liebe Lea, wir finden eure Hilfe einfach grandios. Dank euch haben wir unser Traumhaus gefunden. Das Haus mit den zwei Wohnungen, dem Grill, der Garage. Ein cooler Pool mit dem unverbaubarem Meerblick auf die Adria bei Tag und Nacht mit der Skyline von Split im Hintergrund auf dem Festland gegenüber sind einfach grandios. Jetzt werden wir das Leben ganz nach dem Motto 'la dolce vita' in Kroatien auf Brac genießen.

Nach einigen schlechten Erfahrungen mit anderen Maklerbüros bin ich durch eine interessante Immobilie auf Croatia Property aufmerksam geworden. Der Erstkontakt war vielversprechend. Die Besichtigung der Immobilie war schnellstens organisiert. Bei den Verhandlungen hatte ich endlich den Eindruck, dass eine Maklerin wirklich meine Interessen vertritt und mit dem Käufer einen Kompromiss aushandeln kann. Ich habe mich jederzeit gut beraten gefühlt und kann das Maklerbüro im vollem Umfang empfehlen. I have been looking for an apartment in Split for a longer time, but never felt as good accustomed as I did in the office of Andrea and Antonio. So it didn’t take too long to find a nice place - thanks to the extraordinary good accompaniment of Andrea in which I felt safe in every regard.
I hope to find another little house in the future - and of course I will use the help of CPS.

CPS and namely Mario, has been instrumental in every aspect of the property that I built & then sold 8 years later.
Mario project managed the build & without him physically at the build overseeing it as it came along but also with the complete process such as sourcing quotes & of course having someone to translate it all along the way; I could not have done it without him!! He was always upfront and honest, he assisted with things outside of the build such as bank accounts & on top of all that, he was a nice guy to chat to about unrelated topics on the ferry trips back and forth when I was out visiting the build. CPS found the client when it was time to sell and once again Mario came to our aid becoming our POA to finalise the sale of the property. We are eternally grateful to Mario for his assistance in our Milna venture and wish him well.
Looking at buying a property in Croatia from New Zealand was difficult but after choosing CPS and dealing with agent Zrinka on a regular basis we found a house suitable for us. Zrinka helped us from the beginning until the end and it was a great experience. We ended up buying a house and she helped us all the way until and even after the final signature. I have no hesitation in recommending CPS and would use them again. All the way they were professional and helpful which is sometimes hard to find in Croatia..We now live in our house since almost 2 years and I can still ask questions about all sort of things so they are going beyond where they have to go. I was looking to buy a property in the city center of Split for investment purposes. I found a perfect house (located in Varoš) on the CPS website and everything went smooth from there. I could not believe how quick and efficient Andrea, Antonio and Mario were. One month after our first contact I was already registered as the new owner of the house in the local property registry (Zemljišna Knjiga). They took care of everything: from the initial negotiations to the final contract signature. They even did the hand-over for me since I was not able attend in person.
Moreover, before I could find someone to take care of the house, Andrea even collected my mail and sent it to me to the Czech Republic!
