We arrived to Croatia on August 2017 to find a holiday home. CroatiaPropertySales agent was there to help us. He had already searched some targets he thought we might like. And he was absolutely right, we found a good match on the first visit.
The only issue to struggle with was this usage permit, which was missing, and that’s why we had to wait until we got the deal finalized. That took almost 6 months. But it was worth it, now we have very nice holiday home! Our agent and lawyer were both great and we have continued cooperation with both of them.
